I'm a new parent and having trouble resetting my password to login. I have clicked on Forgot Password a few times now with a notice saying I will receive instructions to reset my password and if I haven't received it check spam. I've checked my inbox and Spam there are no instructions to reset. Please advise.
This site is a general PowerSchool help forum and not connected to a specific district. Password management is done by the local district. You should be able to contact the school and have them reset the password manually on their end.
They would then send you the temporary password and when you use that you would be prompted to create a new password.
