I am using PowerTeacher Pro.
When I go to the "Standards Scoresheet", I see that some grades are in solid gray boxes while others are in solid white boxes. There aren't many that are in the solid white boxes, but I'm wondering if there is a difference between the gray and white boxes?
Hello @TheTeacherGuy,
Thank you for participating in PowerSchool Community!
The design of the Scoresheet in PowerTeacher Pro contains solid gray boxes and solid white boxes to indicate the differentiation between the cell rows.
But it's not as if the white boxes are in every other row. They appear random.
Hi @TheTeacherGuy,
To assist you further, would you please share a screenshot of the solid gray boxes and solid white boxes that you see on the Standards Scoresheet?
I think I actually see now how the white and gray does differentiate between rows in a way. It appears that it is making each entry of the grade for each assignment either white or gray.
Hi @TheTeacherGuy.,
Thank you for reaching out and providing the screenshot with further information!
This looks a bit different. We would need to look into the scoresheet to troubleshoot this further. I recommend reaching out to your school district's PowerSchool Designated Support Contact, who works together with the PowerSchool SIS support team to troubleshoot this further and get this resolved.
The rows on the Standards Scoresheet are assignments, while the columns are Standards. The rows simply alternate between white and grey for ease of visual. I think you may be confused by the squares that have the light, diagonal lines in them. Those indicate Standards that are not attached to the assignment in that row.
