I believe I accidently deleted a test and the results for 2 periods. Is there a possibility of recovering the results?

The process of recovering test scores should be reviewed by a Technical Contact in the district. We recommend you reach out to your district's Technical Contact who should be able to help you further in troubleshooting this issue.
