We found out today that when parents are registering and marking their kids as "new student" but they were actually a student last year, it completely deletes their schedule. We have lost 30 kids in the last couple hours and our counselors are re-entering kids but we can't quite remember where they go, which is unfortunate as our teachers have already built classes around who they had prior to today.
