I am receiving the following Data Error message for some of our students...
Data Error Student X (60588) is incompatible with the primary or an alternate on request for course 34102X0C
I have imported the load and I can look at Student X schedule and see that she is indeed scheduled for the class. What does it mean when it says a student is "incompatible..."?
I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contacts within the district who should be able to assist you by running the Special Functions in PowerScheduler, running a full load, and importing the results.
