Custom Start Page not resetting

I have followed the directions for setting a custom start page for PowerSchool Pro about a dozen times. I'd like to set the page to Scoresheet instead of Assignments, but no matter what I try, it never resets and continually gives met the Assignments page. 

Anyone else have this problem / know a solution?

Hi @jwalker2,

Please make sure that you have set your PTP Display settings to ''Scoresheet'' for Starting Page under Start Page > Display Setting > Start Page (Custom Starting Page) setting > select Scoresheet.

If you do not have permission to save it on your end then you would want to reach out to your PowerSchool SIS Administrators who should be able to save this setting for you.

Thank you for your response. I have followed those steps, and now whenever I go to the settings "Scoresheet" shows up as the default selected. However, it still goes to the Assignment Listing screen when I open up Pro.

Please turn off the customizations on your screen, if you have any and then again try to replicate this issue. Additionally, I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contacts in your school district who should be able to connect with the PowerSchool SIS Support team. They can take a closer look at your issue by accessing your system and guide you further.
