Creating Reports from PowerTeacher on iPad

I have a teacher that is trying to create reports on her iPad from PowerTeacher Pro and it is downloading with an extension of .xlxs.html and then she is unable to open it in Excel to modify the information. She also tried to change the file name and eliminate the .html but it doesn't seem to work.

 

She is able to do it without issue on her laptop.

 

Any ideas??
