Hi Cindy! Yes, I do this through DDE. I go to DDE and then the Courses table, enter filters as needed, then Export Records and select all of the fields on the General tab. Once you plug them all in, it will save them in there for next time. Which state are you in? in NJ, the CIP code is a combination of theNJ_NCES_Subject_Area and NJ_NCES_Course_Id fields. Unfortunately I am not familiar with CTE data, but I think you should be able to select any field from the General Tab. They may not always have obvious names, and some may be prefixed by Sched_. This community has been helpful in identifying oddball field names!
