I have just recently moved a student back to a school that uses PowerSchool and I'm having several issues.
I was able to easily re access my account and see her updated school information, however, the data on my computer and phone are not displaying the same information - class and teacher information is not the same for all classes.
Daily attendance/grade emails are showing up for Q4 - school just started on 8/17/21
Schedule is showing for March 2022
Any ideas? Is this an application problem or is the school doing something wrong?
The school has to update the current grade display on their end to reflect the new school year.
