Eighty percent of the links on Customer Tech Support FAQs are dead, which is just one example of why looking here for an answer I need is a waste of time.
And entering something in the search gives results for products my district doesn't even use. What's the point?
If I'm posting a question, I usually get a good answer in a relatively quick timeframe. But I've learned that searching this site for what I need isn't worth it.
