Child enrolled in the wrong school

I registered my child online and went to the Jefferson Elementary to have his school switched in the system manually. The front office updated the system and transferred him from Jefferson Elementary to Chuckker Creek in the system. I also attached his Transfer form to the registration when I submitted it. Yesterday I received a call from his new 1st grade teacher but it wasn't from Chukker Creek it was from Jefferson. The online platform does not allow the parent to change the school even if there is a letter from the district allowing a transfer. How do I fix this issue if I've already reached out to his past and future school?
