Some of the common reasons that cause students name listed on other teacher's caseloads are as follows:
- Staff permissions are incorrect
- Students may have been set to multiple caseloads
- Students that should have been made inactive
I recommend verifying the above-listed reasons and let us know if the students still show up in other teacher's caseload.
