Case number 05332570

We were working with an agent at powerschool  We need to get history Backup from PR for years ago. The last I heard from the agent was Dec 7th. Now I'm being told the case is closed. We have not received the info we need from the agent yet. I sent more than one backup file through Send-A-File secure data transfer. the case number is 05332570. The backup is for an IMRF audit  Please someone contact us.
