Case Portal- Need Access

I am the main PowerSchool Administrator for my school, however, I don't have access to submitting a ticket.  How can this be fixed?

The features of accessing the case portal and entering a case require you to be designated as a Technical Contact for your district.

 

I will reach out to your district in a case to discuss your Case access further.
