Case Portal Access

I am a new PowerSchool Specialist with META Solutions.  My manager has reviewed my PowerSource account to that of my colleagues and does not see any discrepancies between the two.  I however, do not have access within the Contact Support drop down menu that my colleagues have when accessing the PowerSchool Community site.  I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving this mater as soon as possible as it is keeping me from creating cases as needed to support our clients.
