Cannot log a case

Cannot log a case

We're updating to 20.11 and I've been going through the training module.  I have a number of issues to report and need to log a case.  I try "contact support" but don't have a log a case option.

Thank you for reaching out to the PowerSchool Community for assistance! There are few areas in the Community that is accessible based on the roles assigned within the district. I recommend taking a look at this article for common reasons that you may receive a message that you do not have access to a resource.  We are glad to work with the PowerSchool Designated Support Contacts in your school or district to request access on your behalf.  We will contact you via email through a case with an update as soon as we get a response from them.
