I just became a community member. I need to contact support for SIS so that I can get my on prem server back up and running. Please help!!!!

I recommend reaching out to a Designated Support Contact within your district. The Designated Support Contact should be able to assist with the server. He or she can also call into PowerSchool SIS Support if further assistance is needed.
