I am the district administrator for PowerSchool in our district. Until this school year, I have never had issues with access, plugins, etc. However this year after installing a simple plugin that only has two power queries I cannot access the query for Students in the Data export manager. PowerSchool has been investigating this since August and suggested I reach out to the community. Any suggestions are welcomed.
Thank you,
Amy Blume
Is this a third party plugin or one you created?
It was created by a PS Admin in our neighboring district where we share a career center. I also had this happened with SAVVAS API Plugin
Hi Amy!
Did you ever resolve this? I am having the same issue. I have installed a plugin with roughly 20 queries, and all but two are showing up in the data export manager!
Thanks,
Wade
Hi @Weg8k,
Good Day! I recommend working with the technical contacts and the PowerSchool SIS administrators in your school district who would have worked on creating these queries and would be able to assist you further with this. They can also reach out to the PowerSchool SIS team through a support case on your behalf if required.

I was having the same issue with a plugin I'm building. It appears that a PowerQuery can either be used as a DAT or in Data Export Manager. Removing the DAT capability from my queries addressed the issue. Of course, if you want both, you're in a bit of a bind.
Additionally, each query must have POST GET permissions on at least one page accessible to the user in question.
Hope this helps!
