Cannot access Case Portal link

Hello, 

I was advised to raise a request using PowerSchool Learning Case Porta using this link: https://help.powerschool.com/t5/Case-Portal/ct-p/Support-CasePortal

I get an error message saying that I "do not have access to this resource"
