I was able to login to the Community earlier today and changed my password. When I tried to log in at home, it says I do not have access. I was trying to look at the PowerSchool Professional Development Videos. Anyone have any suggestions.

PowerSchool Community is a great platform for accessing forums and receive updates about PowerSchool products. Some forums are open to all Community Members while other forums are restricted to certain roles within a district such as a Designated Support Contact or Technical Contact.
If you receive a message saying I don't have access to the content, we have a thread addressing a similar issue here that could help you to solve this.
The same thing happened to me this morning. I clicked on one of the tabs on the top ( Services). I was able to access everything at that point. So, I logged out, tried to login again same thing happened. Not sure what is going on. .Hope this works for you.
