We have a few staff members with elevated privileges that when they try to create a new Lunch Eligibility, they get the following error:

While the Community is a great place for questions with other PowerSchool peers and we encourage you to continue posting in the Community for users' best practices, I recommend reaching out to a PowerSchool Designated Support Contact within the district to review the privileges set within PowerSchool SIS regarding the creation of lunch eligibility of each user receiving the error message. The PowerSchool Designated Support Contact can reach out to PowerSchool SIS for further assistance of privileges for each user if needed.
