Calendar sync doesn't pull correct dates for events

I am trying to sync my kids' Powerschool calendars to my Outlook calendar. I take the share link from PS and then add it to Outlook no problem, but all the assignments that have due dates at 11:59pm show as spanning over 2 days in my calendar.  See screen shots below, the first one being from PS where I highlight an event, and then under that you can see how it shows in Outlook. 

I tried contacting PS support last year about this and from what I remember they basically just said that this was a known issue and didn't offer any solutions or to try to fix it.  Does anyone know anything about this problem or how to make the events show properly in an external calendar?  This would be a great tool to help us keep track of our kids assignments and schedules, and it's a shame that it doesn't work properly.  Thanks.

I would like to try to solve, and or at least duplicate the issue. Can you tell me how you get the link to put into outlook calendar?

From a computer browser logged into one of my kids' accounts, I click their calendar at the top of their portal, then the Input link at the bottom of the calendar page.  Then click the URL tab.  Then add that calendar into Outlook.

Nope, no reply or solution yet unfortunately.  It's a shame because this would be a great tool for parents to use, but it doesn't work right.

It is spanned two days because it is set as 1 min before midnight until 1 min before noon the next day. If the school  or teacher could make it so it doesn't come with a time, only a date, might fix the issue. There may be a default setting for whoever is adding the items, or in the system where the items are assigned.
