CHALK login

I've changed my email on my chalk account due to taking over another teacher class. 

However I now can't login at all, with either her email or mine. 

Password reset emails aren't being sent to my email address and I now have no access to any of my lessons. 

Is there any sort of technical support on this platform?

I recommend this article, Getting Started With Curriculum & Instruction Customers, to help you upgrade your community account to have access to Curriculum & Instruction product resources as well as access to PowerSchool Support.

 

I also recommend you reach out to your school district to have them look into the settings on your account since you made some changes.
