Attendance

At my school, we only take attendance in Homeroom. How can I get a student's attendance to populate in all of their other classes? As of right now, we do not have absences, tardies, etc, showing up on our attendance letters or progress reports. Please help!

Hello! I am new at this but I think you need to go in and select "daily" attendance and "meeting" attendance so your teachers can take roll in each class. Are you block schedule or traditional?

We are a traditional meeting, elementary school. The majority of our grade levels have the same students all day long so recording attendance all day is not an option.

Currently, there isn’t a way for a teacher to populate all the other meetings without actually taking attendance for each class.  If you would like to have this feature, then you can add this as an enhancement request through the PowerSchool Ideas Portal, where users can submit their ideas directly to the Product team. It also allows you to review the idea for status updates as well as share the idea with other users to support it by voting.
