Hello there! Any one else encountered an absent count error? This is not correct as we've only started school a week ago. Not all student's have this issue which is interesting. Any thoughts?

Whenever changes are made to the Attendance Codes or Attendance Conversions, the Refresh Premiere Attendance Views Data must be run for past attendance dates to update ADA/ADM calculations.
You can try this by navigating to Start Page > Special Functions > Attendance Functions, select Refresh Premier Attendance Views Data, and run the Refresh Attendance Views Data Report.
If this does not help, you will need to reach out to the Designated Support Contact who should be able to submit a support ticket to the PowerSchool SIS Support team to look into this further.
