App Vendor Sandbox Environment

Hello,

 

I am not affiliated with any school districts. However, I work for a digital curriculum app provider. We work with many school districts that use PowerSchool SIS and was wondering if it is possible to get set up with a developer sandbox account. 

 

The end goal would be to facilitate rostering via PowerSchool's API with these districts as their IT specialists are often too busy or inexperienced to set up CSV data transfers.

Hi @jeffreybond,

 

You would have to be a partner with PowerSchool to be able to read or write to the OneRoster API feature of the PowerSchool SIS product and gather information regarding access to sandbox environments.

 

In case, if the vendor is a non-profit or is a homegrown solution by your organization you would have to contact the  PowerSchool Partner Team to guide you with the process of becoming a certified PowerSchool Partner or a licensed distributor of the Universal Rostering Connector.
