Annual Student Update not available

I have not been able to get 1 of 3 of my children's ASUpdate done, I keep getting a message that it's not available. What do I do now? I have copied snapcode, refreshed window, saved and logged out of my other 2 kids without problems.

PowerSchool helps with the technical troubleshooting of forms which are created based on your school district's specifications.  The school district would be in a better position to guide you on why the Student's Annual update isn't available and assist you in filling out an annual update for your child.
