Alternating schedule

How do I enter a schedule for a teacher who works alternating weeks? (eg. Teaching .5 so Thursday 1.0, Friday 1.0 but only every second Wednesday)

We have a similar scenario where the teacher works Monday, Tues, Wed,  every other Thursday and then Friday. We set the schedule to show number of days to repeat 14 - then put in the schedule to show the first week working all the days and then the second week there would be no Thursday.  I hope this makes sense!
