Adopting a new Bell Schedule in the middle of a school year

I need to modify the times of my current A Day and B Day bell schedules for the start of the upcoming trimester term.  I know I need to create the new bell schedules for both days with the new times.  But what else do I need to after that so they can go into effect on the first day of our second trimester.  Can I create the new bell schedules now and have them ready for the next step?  Do I have to attach them to the school calendar?  If so, how?  What are all of the steps to complete this task?

Make sure you are in the correct term (I assume 25-26). Create your new Bell Schedule. Assign it to your building calendar beginning the first day of your new Trimester.

To make sure I understand you correctly, I should make sure I'm in the correct term, yes, 25-26 and not the trimester 2 term to create my new A Day and B Day schedules with the new times?

Trimester 2 is part of 25-26 so that would be fine. Just make sure you aren't in 24-25 or 26-27.

Our Trimester 2 begins on Nov 17, 2025.  On the morning of, would I go into my school's Configure Calendar 2025-2026 page and select the newly added Bell Schedule from the drop down menu for every single day for the rest of the year?  If so, this will show the new times all of the students' Bell Schedule page?

Yes. You could adjust your calendar right now if you'd like. You do not need to wait until the 17th.
