Want to verify what kind of admin rights I have. I was told I have "ELL admin rights" as an ESL Teacher. The purpose is just to know whether the admin rights have been set up properly. Some on my team are saying they have not been granted the admin rights they need. I actually don't know because I haven't used Powerschool SIS much before. Would be helpful just to have an answer to this basic question. How can I identify my level of rights setting?

Hi @goodwynesl!
Thank you for the information!
If you are getting the error message "You do not have access to student documents", then the possibility is that the staff to which you are assigned has not given the security access of "Access My Classes". However, if permission is granted, you can only access to the students documents and profiles assigned to your class roster.
If you have more queries, we recommend reaching out to the PowerSchool designated Support Contact within your district, who should be able to assist you further.
Hi! @goodwynesl
To provide better assistance, would you please share the name of the PowerSchool Product for which you want to confirm your ELL admin rights?
PowerSchool SIS
@goodwynesl In PS SIS, the PowerSchool administrator will be able to provide that information for you. Every district creates their own Security Groups and Security Roles. Therefore, they are the only ones that provide you the information on what you do and don't have access to.

Thanks, but that's not exactly what I'm looking for. I can tell what I don't have access to, simply by clicking around. The question is more about key screens to look for if there is not a convenient page that lists a user's rights.
In the screenshot attached you can see I don't have the rights to see an ELL's docs. I am an ELL Facilitator who was supposedly given "ELL Admin Rights." It was an administrator who told me that. I am not sure if we have a single person whose job is to be PowerSchool administrator, but I can check into that. Thanks.
