Admin Access to the Community

Can someone please assist me in my membership in the community.  I have no ability to put in a ticket.  I am the admin for my district and I am not set up correctly.  I need assistance ASAP

Some resources are publicly accessible on PowerSchool Community while others and the case/chat portals are available to specific roles in a district such as the role of a Designated Support Contact or users with a PowerSource account.  This article will provide the most common reasons you may receive a message that you do not have access to a resource.
