Admin Access to Teacher's Gradebook

Is it possible for Administrators to access a teacher's gradebook in order to set it up and override grades when needed?

There is no change-access for an administrator to a teacher gradebook.

Most of the schools/districts I've worked with, we just added a role (like co-teacher) to gradebooks  on-demand, temporarily when an admin needed access to make changes, like if a teacher was temporarily out, etc.
