I'm unable to add more than one student to my parent account. When I try, it says valid student information must be entered but I am using the information we use to get into their student accounts. So it is definitely valid.

I would recommend you clear the cache/cookies of the browser or use a different browser and then try to add a new student to your parent account. This article: How can I add a second student to my parent account will guide you through the steps to add your student.
In case you still face the same issue, you would want to reach out to your district directly, informing them about the error. They should be able to reset the account details at their end and provide you with a different Student ID and Access code for the second student.
Thank you. I have tried clearing cache/cookies and multiple browsers. There are five other siblings and I am not able to add any of them. Their sign in information works for their own accounts though. Just not to add them. I will contact the district.
