I am trying to get users set up for PD+ access and want to create a team for each school under our main district team. Does anyone know how to do this? Can we create sub-teams in PD+?

Yes, you can create sub-teams under your team. I see that you have a support case logged with our PD+ team to create sub-teams under your school team. I will make sure that our support engineer gets back to you with an update at earliest.
I also recommend reviewing the PD+ Administrator Guide under the ''Training Resources'' tab on the Campus.

I'm new to PD+ and need this answer too. I have reviewed the PD+ Admin guide but haven't found information on how to set up a sub team.
Please clarify, do we have to request sub-teams from support, or can we create them ourselves? I went through the administrators guide in PD+ training and it did not talk about creating sub-teams.
Is there an article that clarifies restrictions on sub-teams (ie: can a person only be on one sub-team, does it limit them from other interactions I may not know about?)
I'd like to use sub-teams for assigning courses, especially as that is the box where I saw sub team mentioned!

Yes, you will have to request the support team to create sub-teams for you on the Campus.
Currently, users do not have the ability to create their own Sub-teams. We generally create the following sub-teams for our users.
Accounting/Finance
Counselor
Curriculum Director
Health Office Staff
Human Resources
Office/Administrative Staff
School/District Administrator
Teacher
Technical Staff

I have been searching - how do I and a support case for PD+? It's not one of my options. I want the sub-teams added for Phenix City Schools. I also need a learning path removed from a team (the entire Phenix City Schools team).

You should be able to create a PDPlus case by sending an email to pdplus@powerschool.com. On the support, we can create sub-teams for you and assist you in removing the learning path for your team.
