I am new to this program, however, My staff is telling me that they can no longer assist with employees who call to get their password. They have indicated they used to be able to view their password but can no longer do so. Is there somewhere they can view this information? Are their other ideas for helping someone who has forgotten their password?

PINs and passwords are no longer visible due to concerns of security risks like Phishing and Social Engineering. We recommend employees and substitutes use the forgot password link on the login page to reset their passwords. You can learn more about it here.
