I recently left my job at a public school and am now employed at the local ISD. How do I change my access so that I can still view the articles and help documents.
The new district has to provide you with the respective role for you to be able to access articles. It can be the role of a Designated Support Contact or a PowerSource user, depending on the level of access that you require.
