Access to submit ticket


Access to submit ticket

Hi. I have been added to submit tickets for my district but when I went to the screen, I got the Hmmmm message. I already had an account in the community. What needs to happen?

 I have never submitted a ticket before.  I am the data manager at GLOW Academy and my PMR4 is locked.
