@Mkapica Certain resources in the Community like State-specific forums are accessible to the Designated Support Contacts. Here is a great article on this error that you might want to review. To learn more about Designated Support Contacts access, please refer to our guide available here. To discuss further on your access I will create a case on your behalf for our Operations team to work with the DSCs in your school district.

I also need help accessing information on Indiana Ed-Fi and Data Exchange Setup. I also can't seem to find the CASE Portal which I will also need access to.
