I am currently replacing Marthe Langlois at the CSC Nouvelon Board in Sudbury. I would need the same access that is granted to her account. Specifically, I`m looking to have access to create a ticket. 


I believe my account is created with limited access.

Resources are accessible based on the role assigned by your school or district.  This article will provide the most common reasons you may receive a message that you do not have access to a resource.
