What happens when a case is closed without resolution?

 

 

Answer

We strive to provide a resolution on all cases prior to closure. If your case was closed without resolution, please use the PowerSchool Assistant to contact the Powerschool Success Team, If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our PowerSchool Success team.  Be prepared to reference your previous case number, and we’ll work with you to address your concern.
