What is the process for cancelling our product subscription?

 

Answer

If your school is currently under an active contract with PowerSchool, we are unable to process a cancellation request at this time.  However, if your contract is not active and you are contacting us at least 60 days before your renewal start date, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) can assist you further.  To contact Customer Success, use the PowerSchool Assistant. This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team. If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our Success team. 

 

To proceed:

  1. Contact your CSM through the PowerSchool Assistant with the reason for canceling your subscription.
  2. They will guide you through the next steps.
