The PowerSchool Renewals team will contact you about product renewals approximately 120 days before the renewal date.

If you previously requested a cancellation but now wish to reverse it:

  • You must contact your Renewals Manager (RM) at least 60 days before the current renewal start date.
  • Your RM will review your request and assist you accordingly.

If you're unsure how to contact the PowerSchool Renewals team or your RM, use the PowerSchool Assistant. This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team. If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our Success team.
