Question

Our product was canceled for the upcoming school year, but management has decided to renew it. How can we get it reinstated?

 

Answer

  • If the date specified in your decommission notice has already passed, the subscription cannot be reinstated. In this case, the product must be repurchased through your PowerSchool Account Manager. If you're unsure how to contact your Account Manager, log into the PowerSchool Community, navigate to the Customer Connect tab, select Support, and view the My PowerSchool Contacts section (accessible to Technical Contacts only).

 

  • If the decommission date has not yet passed, please reach out to the PowerSchool Customer Success Team for assistance. If you're unsure how to contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM), log into the PowerSchool Community, navigate to the Customer Connect tab, and select Success (accessible to Technical Contacts only).
