When scanning an answer sheet, the iScan window displays a status of ‘Invalid’ or ‘Blank Sheet Scanned’.

These error messages may indicate that the scanner is configured to a different template than the template that corresponds with the scanned sheet.


The scanner must be configured to the appropriate template for answer sheets to successfully scan.


To change the scanner configuration:


Open “PowerScan.”
Click “Configuration.”
Select “Scanner” from the drop-down menu.


The “Scanner Configuration” window opens.


Click the drop-down beside “Template."
Select the appropriate template from the drop-down menu.
Click “Close,” circled in orange, to save the change.
