To view a list of all students associated with a selected “Watchlist“,

  1. Select the “Watchlists” tab from the menu on the left, shown circled in blue in the following image.
  2. The “School” drop-down menu, indicated by a pink arrow in the following image, will either default to the staff member’s school, or allow the staff member to select the district or desired school.
  3. Click the drop-down to the right of “Watchlists,” indicated with a yellow arrow, to select the desired “Watchlist” from the menu.
  4. Select a student from the list, as indicated by a green arrow. The student’s “Intervention Plan” will appear on the right.

Interventions may be added to individual students on a “Watchlist” or to a “Watchlist” as a whole.

To add an intervention to an individual student on a selected “Watchlist,”

  1. Select the student’s name from the list.
  2. Click “Add Intervention (student),” shown circled in blue in the following image.
  3. The “Create Intervention” window will open with the selected student’s name, grade, and school appearing at the top.
  4. Enter the remaining intervention information and click “Create,” shown circled in pink in the following image.

To add an intervention to every student on a selected “Watchlist,”

  1. Select the desired “Watchlist” from the drop-down menu on the left, indicated by a blue arrow in the following image.
  2. Click “Add Intervention (watchlist),” shown circled in pink in the following image.
  3. The “Create Intervention” window will open with the names of the students on the watchlist at the top. To exclude a student from the intervention, select his or her name from the list, as indicated with a yellow arrow, and click the arrow to move the student’s name to the list on the right, as indicated with a green arrow.
  4. Enter the remaining intervention information and click “Create,” shown circled in blue in the following image.
