Quick Key exams are used as answer keys for exams that are not in the Assessment & Analytics software. To create a Quick Key exam, you will want to navigate to Assessment Library and click on the “New Exam” button. Once the New Exam editor window appears you will want to check the Quick Key check box and then click the “Create" button. Next, you will be able to enter the answer key for each question to represent the exam that you have that is not in the A&A software. Once you have selected the answers for your Quick Key exam, and have saved, submitted and approved the Quick Key, test sessions can be created. From the test session you can print bubble sheets for students to test on.
Please note: Once a Quick Key exam has been submitted and approved it cannot be edited. Answers cannot be changed, removed, or zero-weighted.
WHEN AND WHY IS THIS FEATURE USED?
This feature is used as an answer key for Paper Pencil exams that are not in the Assessment & Analytics software, but the user still wants to be able to use the reporting features of A&A.
Who can create a Quick Key in Assessment Library?
Any user with the permissions to create an exam in ‘Assessment Library’.

When creating a Quick Key exam, you may want to save your work frequently, as unlike a PowerTest exam, the items are not saved into a repository to be used later, so if something where to happen to your connection, you may lose all progress
