We are excited to share that the PowerSchool Assistant Widget Can Be Minimized Across Pages
The Chat widget will remain minimized across pages once a customer minimizes the widget until one of the following, in which it will pop open again.
- Crossed the expiry time (currently 60 minutes)
- User clears out cookies by using the browser's clear cache and cookies feature.
- Can be cleared out from the browser's dev tools. [ONLY USED BY ADMINS AND DEVS]
