Troubleshoot: Forgot Password

Summary

  • I cannot log in to my account.
  • I can’t remember the password for my account.

 

Audience

  • Do you have an Enrollment account?
  • Are you seeing an error message when attempting a login?

 

Solution

NOTE: Enrollment will not be able to tell you your current password. We do not have the ability to see the password you have set for your account.

  • Click the “Forgot password” link below the “Sign In” button
  • You will have two options for recovering your password.
    • Email (Temporary Password): Follow the step by step instructions to get a temporary password link sent to your email  from noreplyregistration=powerschool.com@regmail.powerschool.com
    • Online (By Answering Security Questions) : Answer the security questions correctly to reset the password to a recent one.
    • If you are using a phone number to login, use the Sign into your account using your phone number link on the page to instructions specific to cell phone accounts.)
    • In case you have not received the temporary password, please check the spam/junk folders of your email address. 

 

Still Not Working

If you aren’t seeing the message shown above and the page just keeps reloading when you enter your login information you may be having a web browser issue. Please review the Clear Browser History, Cache, and Cookies article. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact your district office.

I cant make a new password

 

This wasn't helpful! I tried signing in and asked for the temp password. Received the temp password but when I enter the temp password received it says that the information is wrong/ invalid. Even answering my personal questions doesnt work. Please help!
