How many Technical Contacts can be added for my PowerSchool products?

 

Answer

The total number of Technical Contacts allowed is based on the products your organization has purchased. Technical Contacts are not limited to specific products—they can be assigned across all active products or restricted to certain products as needed.  You can view your current and allotted number of Technical Contacts by logging into the PowerSchool Community, navigating to the Customer Connect tab, selecting Support, and accessing the Manage Technical Contacts section.
