How do I login on the new SchoolSpring site?

How do I do a password reset on the new SchoolSpring site?

Answer

To login to the SchoolSpring site, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Sign In/Register on the top right-hand of the screen.
2. In the next screen, type in your Email Address and then click on Continue.
   
   Note: If you have not created an account, click on the Sign-Up option below the Continue button and then create an account.
   
   
3. In the next screen, enter your Password in the Password field.
4. Click Continue.

Steps if you have forgotten your password:

1. Click on the Forgot Password link below the password field.
2. In the next page, enter your email address in the Email Address field.
3. Click on Continue.
4. Check your email for the reset password link from no-reply@powerschool.com
5. The URL in the email will take you to a reset password screen.
6. Create and confirm the new password in the Reset Password Screen.
7. Click Reset Password button and you will get a confirmation that your password is changed.
8. Once done, follow the how-to login steps above to login to your account.

If this does not work try doing the following. When you signup use the same information from your old account but make sure to click sign up not sign in. School spring should include this information and the information listed above on the login page. 

1. Visit the Sign-In / Register page.
2. Click "Sign Up" to create a new account. 
3. Once you have successfully signed up, you will be prompted to transfer your old SchoolSpring account.
4. To transfer your old account, simply enter your previous SchoolSpring Username and Password.
